"After my husband got deployment orders, I decided to invest in personal training at EveryBody Fitness, but I invested in so much more. Since starting this journey, I have come out of my sadness that I experienced when my husband left. I invested in my future with my husband and my future family. I am no longer pre-diabetic, I have energy throughout the day, I've already got to buy new clothes. I've lost 7% body fat and I have learned that non-scale victories are victories in the same. I think I've also lost 15-20 in the past 2 months. My sessions hold me accountable to make it to the gym. All in 2 months and I can't wait to see what the next year has in store!

Since I have joined this club, I have felt great everyday I leave. I have also lost 10 lbs. Jenna and Sara heve been so helpful, they are professionals and an asset to this club. I truly enjoy coming this club everyday and highly recommend this club to everyone!
Some of the improvements I've experienced are
When I first visited the Gym, I had gym anxiety. Not really being familiar with the equipment, or what I really needed to do to get started, I knew I needed a little extra help. After talking to the staf, I realized that I really needed to be with a personal trainer. The small group workouts are fantastic, everyone is at different levels, but that is okay , my workout is tailored to me. I have been a member since October 24, 2013 and in 5 weeks of joining the gym, I have lost at least 13 pounds and waiting to see how many inches. The changes are fantastic! I am seeing results, and that keeps me driven to maintain and keep my goal. The trainers at EveryBody Fitness
I have had some great results here at EveryBody Fitness. Since joining the small group training sessions with Jenna P and the other trainers, I have lost several inches all over. In just 3 months I lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist, an inch off each arm and legs as well as an inch off my neck. When I first started I could barely hold a plank for 15 seconds and now I can go for over a minute and my endurance levels more than doubled! I joined Everybody Fitness just a few months ago. I was hesitant in joining the gym is really not my thing. Linda made me feel extremely comfortable and explained to me that she would show me the machines and weights and would make up a program for me to follow. She worked with me several times until I felt I was comfortable in what I was doing. She charted everything, including my measurements and body mass.
I love the neighborhood feel. Friendly faces greet me by name every time. This is an easy environment to achieve your fitness goals.
Linda has been very helpful towards me meeting my goals. The equipment is always available and in good working condition. The reason I signed up in the very beginning is because I came back in to use my free month pass and Linda remembered my name. These People care!
I love the size of the gym. It has what I need. It is well equipped. Really a clean facility and the people working are friendly and they work, not just sit around. The locker room is the cleanest locker room of any gym I have ever been in.
I've been coming to the gym for about 3 years. The staff before was nice, but didn't have the knowledge the new staff has. I had been coming in and doing the same thing over and over.
